Two events hit the Philippines; the Bohol earthquake kills 222 people and typhoon Haiyan (known locally as Yolanda) wipes through the central Visayas, killing 6,340 and destroying 1.2 million homes and schools.  Build Change decides to open a program in the Philippines.
