Eusi and Helen lost their home to Typhoon Haiyan in 2013. They received training and technical assistance from Build Change while they rebuilt their home, with support from partner Cordaid. Just two months after they completed their home, they sheltered 17 neighboring families from the powerful Typhoon Hagupit in December 2014.
